I’ve been a mom for 13 years, for a good 75% of that time I’ve struggled with my body.

The older I get the more I embrace my new body, my belly, my softer skin, my double chin haha. It’s hard to relearn to love our bodies after having babies!
I mean the society is also putting so much pressure on us and then at times even our families make the inappropriate comments about our bodies or even how our partners won’t love us the same. Jeeezzz!
I want to love my body for me not for my partner! I want all new parents that have gone through pregnancy to love their bodies not just to pleasure their partners but, shit, to pleasure ourselves.
Feeling sexy, empowered and strong should be something we feel every day not 10 years after having a baby. We shouldn’t have to wait until “we loose the extra pounds” or “start doing exercise”. We should embrace and love our bodies NOW!
This is why I am offering Boudior Sessions with a focus on mom bodies, because we also deserve to showcase our bodies and to feel beautiful in them
